Par-Tee is an easy to use, interactive software solution for Golf-Pro Shops which implements strict cash controls and security from management level. Pro-Shop Point of Sale (POS) uses cash drawers, bar code scanners and receipt printers. Software includes reports by daily, weekly or monthly views; physical inventory adjustments; markdown and promotional discount adjustments. Tee time reservation and tournament changes at POS are allowed. V.I.P. memberships are recognized at POS.

Includes Golf reservations for rounds of golf and outings; up-to-date tee time information is available from any terminal attached to system displays the status of every tee time. Software tracks all reservations, including walk-ons, and shows availability for future reservations or walk-ons. Event management incorporates special event pricing tied to ads/coupons. Discounts may be activated by dates or range of dates, day or week, and may require coupons.

Merchandise Inventory provides tracking of vendor information, multiple vendors by item, purchases by vendor, sales details by item and sizes, physical inventory, shrinkage, mark down items, items on consignment, multiple bar codes by item. Inventory worksheets, shrinkage and inventory extension reports. Allows two or more years of sales detail.
